I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, and I appreciated the plug-in heater provided. The hotel staff were just as lovely and friendly as described, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better for accessing the Metro station. However, the hotel felt somewhat isolated after the retail park and businesses closed in the evening.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were really clean and nice, but the thermostat kept turning the heater off, so it got pretty cold at night. The hotel offered a fair price for a quite small room that did not have carpet, which was booked on the basis of a breakfast option. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who were accommodating and talkative about new electrical hair products. The location was perfect for attendees of a nearby NYE event despite being difficult to find due to signage. The dining experience was limited to a grab-and-go option, not very nice, and was discontinued after the first night.
